To apply in writing for an apartment you will need to fill out a rental application.

Each applicant must complete a seperate application. A holding deposit of half a month's rent is required with your application. There is no processing fee. However, once an application is approved, you are notified and the deposit is held until a lease is signed. If you are not approved, the deposit cheque will be returned to you.

1. Download and Fill out the PDF Fillable RENTAL APPLICATION.

2. Print and Sign   Make sure to sign and date the bottom of the application.

3. Delivery to Paramount Managment with the Deposit Cheque once the application is complete.
